One of the most significant additions to Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the inclusion of marine dinosaurs. Frontier Development will be revealing various Species Field Guide videos in the months leading up to release, which will highlight various creatures appearing in the game throughout new environments in Jurassic World Evolution 2. Jurassic Park's Triceratops is one of the creatures confirmed to be returning for the sequel. Fans were assured that community favorite species would be returning and that they would be joined by many new dinosaurs as well. The Game Director at Frontier Development, Rich Newbold, confirmed Jurassic World Evolution 2 will have over 75 dinosaurs.
